Yes. TrilPeak supplies OEM branded SPDs to distributors, electrical brands, and system integrators across 50+ countries. The OEM service includes:

• Custom logo on product — printed or laser-etched on housing and DIN rail label
• Branded packaging — colour carton, neutral box, or blister pack
• Rebranded datasheets and installation documentation in your brand identity
• EU Declaration of Conformity issued in your company name

All 58 CE certified models across AC, DC/PV, and signal line SPDs are available for OEM. ODM full custom design is also available for clients requiring a new product specification.

Samples are available for all catalogue models. Lead times by type:

• Standard catalogue samples — dispatched within 3–5 business days
• OEM branded prototypes — 10–15 business days after artwork approval
• Custom ODM prototypes — 15–20 business days depending on specification

Every sample ships with the ECM Italy CE certificate and IEC type test report as standard. Sample fees apply — contact us to confirm cost and availability for your required models.

TrilPeak currently holds CE certification issued by Ente Certificazione Macchine (ECM), Italy — a third-party notified body, not self-declaration — covering:

• 25 AC SPD models — certified to EN IEC 61643-11:2025 under LVD 2014/35/EU
• 33 DC/PV SPD models — certified to EN 61643-31:2019
• Both certificates valid to March 2031

The EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and IEC type test reports are available for all certified models within 24 hours on request. Additional certifications are in progress and will be published as obtained.

Lead times depend on product type and order volume and are confirmed at order placement. As a reference:

• OEM branded orders — typically 4–6 weeks from artwork approval to shipment
• Standard and large-volume orders — subject to production scheduling, confirmed at enquiry stage

We export under EXW, FOB, and CIF trade terms from Ningbo and Shanghai ports. Full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and CE documents — is provided with every shipment. We supply to 50+ countries across Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Americas.

Our engineering team provides pre-sales and post-sales technical support for all TrilPeak products:

• Product selection — use the SPD Selector Tool for standard applications, or contact our engineers for complex multi-zone projects
• System design review — we review your single-line diagram and recommend SPD type, rating, and installation position per IEC 61643-11
• Installation guidance — wiring diagrams and installation notes included with all products
• Warranty — all TrilPeak SPDs carry a 5-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
• Factory audit — audit visits and third-party quality inspection are welcomed
